Hi, I'm Nick
Welcome to this place where I share my projects, thoughts, and creative pursuits.
About Me
I'm just some guy that likes programming and building software. I've been dabbling with web technology for quite some time now. Nowadays I don't get as much time as I'd like for recreational programming, but I still find enough time to make some things happen!
Projects (in Theory)
Most of my personal projects are in an endless state of unfinished. I'm sure I'm not alone!
- Cacheware - A series of free, local-first applications meant to eventually replace paid products. The only interesting thing available currently is a password manager.
- InputFrom - A web application to forward inputs to an application. Sort of the evolution of the Cacheware Secret Manager.
- pdfs.net - A web application to build pipelines for document manipulation. Mostly an idea at this point, but an idea with a great domain name.
- ROGR - A Go application for generating statically hosted git repositories, and generating static files with code highlighting for checked in files.
- CLEO - A file format for application-level configuration with a reference Go implementation.
Future(?)
I'd like to get pdfs.net up and running. It gets about 1,000 unique visitors currently while doing nothing. I'd also really like to get CLEO and ROGR across the finish line, they both have some implementation work completed, but more to go.
